Almost all keybords have a windows key in it. This windows key is used to open start menu, if you are using windows operating system. You can configure your Ubuntu so that your applications menu can be opened using this windows key. Use the following command in Ubuntu to enable this function. $ gconftool-2 –set /apps/metacity/global_keybindings/panel_main_menu –type string “Super_L” |
